Shipping & Delivery

All express orders placed by 10am (AEDT) on a working day will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse on the next working day. All standard orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.  If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server, which uses 256-bit security technology to protect your online order. information. This technology encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you through our website.
Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order prior to dispatch by sending us an email, addressed to sales@vimwood.com.au telling us that you wish to cancel the order. You must include the phrase "Order Cancellation" in the email's subject line and you must attach the order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of your purchase.
You may not cancel an order that has been dispatched.
If you still wish to cancel the transaction you may do so under the terms of our Returns Policy. we will only accept the return of purchased goods if they can be proved to be faulty or inappropriate for their stated uses.

Returns & Replacements

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Ordering

Order confirmation - An order confirmation will appear on the screen that you have successfully placed your order.

Processing your order - All items in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.

Your invoice - You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.

Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.
